Shipping policy
The delivery time may vary according to the ZIP code and the selected shipping option. At checkout, you will be presented with delivery time options, carriers and values that must be chosen by the customer.
The delivery time of your order will only apply after the pickup of your item and is always calculated in business days.
Please keep track of your order to avoid a possible return. It can occur for the following reasons: address error, absence, being held at the post office pending pickup (in case of postal delivery). In this case, the order will return to our company, and the customer will be informed via e-mail or WhatsApp. For reshipment, a new and updated shipping cost will be charged.
Inform the correct data after completing your order for the proper issuing of the invoice.
Changing the delivery address or any other data after issuing the invoice will not be possible. Please make sure you fill everything correctly, so there is no mistake!
